Questions, answered.
Do I need to rebuild my agents?
No. Connect n8n with an API key, add an Orvanta step to your Zaps, or add a few lines of code. Your agents keep running where they are.
What can Orvanta actually stop?
Agents connected through the n8n integration, the Zapier app or the API check with Orvanta before acting, so pauses and guardrails apply to them. Agents that only report their activity are monitored, not stopped, and Orvanta shows you which is which.
What happens if Orvanta is unreachable?
Sensitive steps fail closed: the workflow stops instead of running the action. When in doubt, nothing gets paid or sent.
How long does setup take?
About 5 minutes to connect n8n, and about 2 minutes per sensitive workflow to add approvals.
Do I need to be technical?
No. The dashboard is written for business owners and operations leads. Whoever built your agents connects them once.
